We're seeking a stellar Head of Talent Management to create and bring to life a talent management strategy that supports current and future business objectives and aligns with the culture of MullenLowe across APAC.
You'll serve as a key member of the Regional Leadership team, working closely with the wider Regional Leadership team and Country Heads. The Head of Talent Management, APAC possesses a deep understanding of each market and will develop and implement the syllabus of learning for MullenLoweProfero University with fields of specialization linked to each Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will need to achieve the appropriate balance of influence and direction; strategy and execution. You will be an open and skilled communicator who is able to think fast, build consensus across multiple stakeholders and manage change in a fast-paced business environment. You will drive the value and visibility of the talent function with a hands-on approach to your role.
You'll possess a start up mentality, the gravitas to have credibility amongst CEO peers, great human insights and intuition, and the inner commercial sense to build a strong talent foundation framework that is nimble and transferable across disciplines and regions.
The individual must have:-
10+ years of broad-based HR management experience in a large, matrixed, and ideally creative or digital business across the APAC region.
Deep talent experience (developing and retaining staff, creating and maintaining a high performing culture)
Experience in all HR functional areas including resourcing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning and development etc.
Strong regional experience across APAC.
Solid business acumen and ability to drive strategic and financial business objectives.
Demonstrable change management skills to support quick decision making in a fast paced organisation
Capability, energy, presence and vision to immediately establish credibility with senior management and participate as an actively contributing member of the leadership team.
An ability to work from a context of influence vs authority.
Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
