Executive Assistant


The principal purpose of the role is to provide a proactive, supportive administrative service to the account team & direct PA support to account team lead. This role requires enthusiasm, a proactive and inquisitive manner, attention to detail, reliability, a willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of executive organisation and support.


Key Responsibilities:

PA to the Senior Management Team

  •        Pro-actively organises and supports the Regional team in their daily activities
  •        Diary management  (often across multiple time zones)
  •        Coordinates  frequent  local  travel  (taxis)  and  flights  and  accommodation  for  international  travel arrangements through the internal financial system and follows the financial approval process as required
  •        Directs calls and emails as necessary
  •        Coordinates business expenses for personal cash and credit cards on a monthly basis
  •        Supports timesheet input into the SAP system
  •        Coordinates the visa requirements for travel arrangements
  •        Arranges local and international couriers as and when required
  •        Tracks holiday, ensures correct booking procedure and delivers information to HR
  •        Consolidates arrangements for events and training where required
  •        PowerPoint presentation formatting
  •        The face of the team with visiting network employees and international clients
  •        Organises meetings - booking rooms, hospitality and catering, taxis, coordinates diaries and relevant materials and equipment.
  •        Provides filing, photocopying, general admin & office support
  •        Prepares and manages expenses and invoices as and when required
  •        Takes meeting minutes where needed
  •        Supports Powerpoint presentation formatting where required
