Experience and Requirements
- Around 12-15yrs of experience in the industry, with an excellent understanding of FMCG brands, hair care ideally.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven leadership skills and abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and evidence success in developing brands and delivering them in the market.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of China and its cultural nuances in a plus. Knowledge and understanding of how to navigate and land campaigns in Chinese digital platforms, as well as e-commerce, will a clear advantage in the selection process.
- Direct experience of working with various markets, a deep understanding of Asia is a plus.
